Ron Wood
After 7 years with the Colorado Department of Highways working my way up from surveyor to Project Engineer, Ron decided to go into the construction business. Over the years his company built highways, bridges, structural concrete, subdivisions, and other heavy and highway projects. Ron sold his company in 1988 and moved to the Kingston area. After looking around for some time he decided to try the Real Estate business in 1989. He has worked full time in his new profession ever since. Ron have successfully negotiated and closed over 50 million dollars in sales since that time. All of this experience is yours when you contact him to help you with your real estate needs.
Ann Wood
Upbeat and positive, Ann is a former teacher, and brings those teaching skills to every real estate situation. Whether explaining how the loan process works or how market trends will affect your sale, she excels at communicating and listening. Born in Seattle and raised in Kingston, she knows a lot of local history and has a thorough grasp of the real estate market in North Kitsap County. Detail oriented, she knows that all the i's have to be dotted in a successful contract and she surrounds herself with the best support people in the business - from pest inspectors, septic designers, loan officers, title and escrow professionals, to general contractors, painters, roofers, and cleaning services. To better serve her customers and clients, Ann has obtained her brokers license, and her continuing education credits are far above what is required by Washington State
Glenda Schmidt
Born and raised in the Palouse wheat country, Glenda is a native of Washington and graduate of Washington State University (Sorry Husky Fans!!!). A former Preschool teacher and Christian Education Coordinator, Glenda's life took a new direction into the Real Estate field upon moving to Poulsbo in 1995. Before coming to join Ron and Ann, she worked both as a Listing and Transaction Coordinator for a top Kitsap County Real Estate Agent for 2 ½ years.
